Sister Mah

1.  We are really far away.  Internet closes the distance, also Skype, and cell phones, but we are really far away.
2.  The gospel is the same.  Jesus is the Christ.  He atoned for the sins of the world.  Joseph Smith restored the gospel.  The Book of Mormon was written for us in the latter days.
3.  The Missionary Branch is a giant " piece if machinery.  It reaches all around the world.  Millions of people are involved with many specialties.
4.  Language is a phenomenon.  Learning this Malay language is wrecking my good spelling.  Taxi is teksi.
5.  We are at 82 degrees daily with high humidity.  The days. Are getting shorter.  It gets dark about 7:30pm.  Everyday we have a great rainstorm about 4pm.  The raindrops are like half dollars.  Every night there is thunder and lightening.  We live on the fifth floor and see it out the window.
6.  The work is great.  We love being out here.  Being a part of the people and culture.  We know your home support is vital.
7.  The movie, "the Other Side of Heaven" is better out here.
8.  Hot spicy dishes are good.
9.  Nothing better than a good papaya.
10.  The church leaders here are divinely led.  They are just as motivated as the leaders at home.  They receive revelation.  We just had district council with 6 leaders from Salt Lake City.
